Glutton For Punishment Fat Rolls

So I made cinnamon rolls again for the family last night. I must say I'm becoming quite accomplished in this area. And I only flinched a little while waiting for the dough to rise. Now I can justify making them because they are helping me in the area of patience.

A thought did occur to me while I was stuffing my face enjoying my cinnamon roll at 10pm last night. I said to myself, "Self. This could really make you a lot fatter if you don't stop this". Notice I said "fat-TER".

Houston, we have a problem.

I then envisioned myself having to do The Truffle Shuffle at the next family reunion and I shuddered at the thought. If you're not familiar with The Truffle Shuffle, please go here.

Are you shuddering with me now?

So, do I continue to make these wonderfully delicious cinnamon rolls and run the risk of added poundage or do I banish them permanently, forsaking their cinnamony goodness forever?

Yep...time to start practicing my Truffle Shuffle moves.

You could make them once a week, like I have started to do. What is your recipe, I am trying to find a good one?

Love, Rosa

Whoa? did i have an impact on the great Momma Monk?

:)

I was told before by many hard core runners, "you can eat what ever you want and as much as you want, if you run 75 miles a week."

I'd love to hit that goal.

Hill,
I'm glad to provide the comic relief!

Rosa,
I'll try and post the recipe next week. It's basically out of the good 'ol Betty Crocker.

Sarah,
Except moderation for me is 1 or 4.

Jed,
No, you have had no impact on me whatsoever. The waist of my clothing has spoken to me loud and clear. Ahem.

AS IF! Yeah, but um...no thank-you. I'll just cheer you on, how 'bout that?

Again, just send some my way. It would save you the added pounds. Wait a minute, I think I have enough poundage to go around . . .
